There was one minor issue at first, but my tenant had several
other items that needed to be inspected.
Ramon fixed what needed repairing (a broken closet door and loose floorboards) during his visit without needing to get other parts. He looked at two other issues (a leaking sink and loose bathtub faucet handle) and determined that no repair was needed. I really appreciated his honesty, not to “fix” things that weren’t broken.
He is fairly priced and is on my speed dial list for any future repairs.

Communication is done through text and/or email which is very convenient.
He replaced two bathroom faucets and water shutoff valves. Due to the rust in my old bathrooms, the faucets were difficult to replace, but Ramon worked all day until it was completed and didn’t add to the original estimate

Ramon and Alex are gems. They did a great job from start to finish: communication, punctuality and quality. They took their time getting it right and explained their work, which turned out perfectly. These guys are true professionals. Moreover, they know their limits rather than taking chances with a house just to get paid. Please don’t disturb me as I’m trying to figure out more excuses to hire them.

Absolutely stellar handyman service. Ramon was quick to respond and offer a quote for our work and came by a few days later with one other handyman to complete the job. They took COVID precautions, held a friendly conversation, and performed quality work. In fact, another contractor commented on how well it had been done!
